These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sretyu.com and purchases submitted through the sretyu™ online store.

By accessing our website, creating an account where available, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to your transaction.

1. Store Operator and Acceptance

The sretyu™ online store is operated by the company identified in the Business Information section above.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or submit an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Payment & Security policy.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by law.

3. Customer Accounts

If customer-account functionality is available and you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Please notify customer support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, pricing, and availability accurately.

Our collection focuses on indoor gardening, plant-care products, self-watering planters, growing accessories, and related equipment. Product features and intended uses differ by item.

Colors may appear differently because of photography, lighting, screen settings, and display calibration. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable variation.

Plant growth and cultivation outcomes depend on factors such as plant variety, lighting, water, temperature, growing medium, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee specific plant-growth results unless an express guarantee is stated for the applicable product.

Product information may be corrected or updated if an error, inaccuracy, or omission is identified.

5. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order request was received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
• Suspected unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Unavailable inventory.
• An obvious or material pricing or product-information error.
• Legal or shipping restrictions.
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary according to location, order details, device, and the payment services enabled at the time of purchase.

Before submitting payment, please review your selected products, quantities, shipping address, applicable shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and final order total.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose foreign-exchange, international transaction, currency-conversion, or other financial-institution fees. Such fees are determined by the applicable provider.

7. Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Applicable shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate an eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Return-shipping and original-shipping treatment depends on the reason for the return and applicable law.

9. Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact customer support within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution without requiring you to bear additional costs caused by that error.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment. If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable return procedure may need to be followed.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Discount codes should be applied before checkout is completed. Please confirm that the discount is reflected in your order total before submitting payment.

12. Product Use and Safety

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, care information, specifications, and safety instructions.

Plant-care equipment should be used only for its intended purpose. Where a product includes electrical components, grow lights, water reservoirs, or powered accessories, follow the product-specific instructions and applicable electrical safety precautions.

Keep electrical connections and components dry unless the product is expressly designed and rated for the relevant conditions. Disconnect power before cleaning or maintaining powered equipment when instructed by the manufacturer.

Keep small accessories and potentially hazardous tools away from children and pets where appropriate. Do not use a product if it appears damaged or unsafe.

13. Bulk Purchases and Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, or commercial resale should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be reviewed.

Purchasing products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official sretyu™ distributor, agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer without prior written permission.

14. Intellectual Property

The sretyu™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes. Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

15. Disclaimers, Liability, and Updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or product use where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
